Who Are We?

The Branford Buzz is the student newspaper run by Branford High School students in the town of Branford, Connecticut, and a public forum for student expression.

The Buzz transitioned to an online-only publication starting in 2012. It succeeded pervious print editions entitled both the Hornet Herald and The Sting from years prior.

The Buzz as a student news source dates back to 1938 at Branford High School and continues a long legacy of journalism at BHS, providing an outlet for student expression and a factual news source both students and faculty have grown to love.
